Table view does not display recent data sometimes

Sometimes when we add or delete records refreshing table view does not show changes (i.e. does not show new records does not remove deleted records) them while custom query does. Unfortunately I can not replicate bug but let us have it just as reminder in case someone runs into same problem.

version 9.3.0.5074 32 bit
