Feature Request: Export sql, but one file per database

Hi,

at first, thanks for this awesome tool. It would be very nice, if you could export all database but using one sql file for each database. There exist "Directory - one file per object in database subdirectories". This creates a new file for each database table, but I didn't find an option to only create a new file for each database, if you select more than one database.

Best, Klaus

You can of course export each database one by one, while using the % db template in the target filename. For example C:\backups\% y\% m\% db.sql

Sorry, my forum breaks words with % in front of them, so I added a space in all of them. Please remove that space when using it.

Additionally, I could modify HeidiSQL so that using the db template would not just use the first checked database, but creates a new file for each database when multiple databases are checked.

Hi ansgar,

yes, that is what I mean. It would be nice, if there is an option, to create a new sql-file for each databse when multiple databases are checked ;).

Very supportive of the idea. If you select multiple databases, they are stored in a single file - it is not good. It is very necessary when you select multiple databases, so they kept the 1 database = 1 file.
