Postgres import/export issue

Hello.

I am having an issue with import/export in Heidi. More specifically i am getting a backup of a Postgres DB (9.4.7) from a remote server and then try to import on my local Postgres DB (9.5.4).

When importing i am getting an the error "no language specified".

Any ideas what the problem is and how can i solve it?
