Tip does not show contence

Blank stuff upon mouse move. Field 'opis' type of smalltext. You can see that even if text is wery short, hence blank stuff not stretched across entire screen, there is no contence.

My wist would be that this tip would be multiline & word wrap & auto close upon mouse move, as I stated at least once before (-:
