Restoring my sql database after installing new windows

I installed a new Windows 7 but unfortunately I had not backed up from my database. I have still Windows.old folder. Is there any chance to get my database back?

Unless you told MySQL to store its data somewhere in your old Windows folder, I guess no.

Probably you have some SQL backup file, which would be helpful now.

You can try to undelete the deleted folders and files, using a program like Recuva.
