Error connectiong

I have use HeidiSQL for a while now but over this weekend moved servers... Since moving I am unable to connect to my database and get the error as attached.. IP address removed from image :)

I suspect it is to do with the configuration between the old and new server... Am I correct? and what do I need to change to allow access?
