Problem with Cyrillic_General_BIN encoding

Hi,

I've discovered the problem with Cyrillic_General_BIN encoding.

BTW, it's displayed in Cyrillic_General_CI_AS how it's supposed to display.

I suppose you could first check: tools/preferences/textfoemating/font ....
