Crash upon attempting to execute two big files at once

Hello,

Something ive noticed while using heidi over the past few months is that the program crashes when attempting to execute a file while another is still being executed. I suppose this is a fairly simple fix. But its been bothering me for a few weeks now as a often have to execute a few large files in a row.
