Heidisql freezes when i'm trying to run huge .sql filte (1,5 GB)

Is there a way to increase heidisql's memory in config...? I have 16GB ram and heidisql just freezes on 30%

Freezing is not a sign for an app doing nothing. Indeed, the app may be just busy working on what you told it to do. You can mostly see that using the task manager.

My db has 187 columns. DB's .sql file weight is 1,5GB. When im trying to cut this db to 150mb, already is loading within 10-20 minuts. But 1,5 GB file is still running 12 hours and without luck. Any tips please?

You could connect with a second HeidiSQL instance to the same server once more, then go to Host > Processes, and watch out for the 1st Heidi instance whether there are still queries firing.
