Windows Defender finds a trojan (Win10 1809)

Hi! Today, after last HeidiSQL upgrade (5332), Windows Defender reports a Trojan in the exe file then kills and move it in quarantine. Have you same problem?

Thanks for reporting. But no, I don't get that warning here, but it's build 1803 anyway so that may not be comparable.

Buenos días,

Quería informar que en la realización de un curso de bases de datos me piden instalar HeidiSQL y cuando reinicié el ordenador tenía el troyano zeus.

La versión del instalador HeidiSQL que instalé es 12.1.0.6537.

Have you ever heard of false positives? AntiVirus solutions like WinDefender are well known to produce those just to coax developers into paying money to prevent such 'warnings' and negative dings on their reputation. You should know that all AV providers offer upload verification - use that and also report that their heuristics are outdated trash. Their "Zeus" threat has long been found to be complete nonsense. Just saying.
