Definition of UTF-8 problem of MySQL VIEW

Corrected UTF-8 characters in the definitions of MySQL / MariaDB View when opened in HeidiSQL View Editor:

CREATE ALGORITHM=UNDEFINED DEFINER=root@localhost SQL SECURITY DEFINER VIEW v_test AS select 'ĞÜŞİÖÇ' AS col1,'ğüşıöç' AS col12

Could be issue #402. But I'm not sure as you posted very few details here.
