The counter of ejecution doesn't stop at the end

When you run a SQL (loaded from a file with Ctrl+O) at the end appear a window informing that the process has ended. In the meanwhile, you can see a counter in the status bar with the time that the SQL need.

The only problem is that the counter doesn't stop until you click OK in the window, althought the process has ended at the end...
