Backup is corrupt

I did a backup using HeidiSQL maintenance. Some tables were not created correctly. I believe this happens when the table has no data. This was a serious enough problem that my company has decided to not rely on HeidiSQL as a primary tool for working with MySQL (5.5). HeidiSQL is otherwise a very good tool.

Could you post more details, e.g. how that table looked like in that backup, and how it was supposed to look?
