Recurring Display Issues

Hi there,

I've been having some trouble after re-installing HeidiSQL a few days ago. The display of the software is all weird and I cannot access tables and don't see any tabs (request, etc.). See picture attached.

Did someone had the same issue ? How to fix it ?

That large area must be the lower SQL log panel. You could use your registry editor to reset that value:

  • exit all HeidiSQL instances
  • start regedit.exe
  • navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HeidiSQL\
  • rightclick value "sqloutheight"
  • click "Delete"
  • restart HeidiSQL

Hi,

Thanks for this answer, I now have the bottom part good but I'm stuill missing the right part with access to the data or the Request tabs hiding.

Is there a similar way to fix that ?

Ok, you should then delete more values in that registry key:

  • dbtreewidth
