Open A file from Network Drive after Upgrade

Dears All,

I would like to notify you that we have a problem after we made upgrade for HeidiSQL now we can't open a file from network drive because HeidiSQL can't see this drive, and even Drag and Drop didn't work. It will work just if we use "Open With" HeidiSQL from Windows.

That sounds like a privilege issue, with the account that you use to run HeidiSQL, doesn't it?

Actually Next upgrade I will test this, but current now I am using the same account and It is working, just after upgrading I have this issue, and After I open the file with HeidiSQL just once, the problem will be fixed for later.

Today I had new upgrade and I did it but there is no issue, problem solved as I see. thanks

After the next upgrade still the problem exist. It can't see the network drive until I open the file with HeidiSQL manually.

Note that after auto-updating HeidiSQL, you probably run the new instance of heidisql.exe with an administrator user, which probably does not have your network drive. So I recommend restarting HeidiSQL after an update, to see if the problem is still there.
