Selecting Default causes a "reload" of sorts

So I go into a table and click on a row to set the default. The program freezes briefly, then disappears. It then needs to be clicked on the taskbar and brought back up with the menu.

This has been happening for a while now and I just tried it on a different computer (thinking it was me) and it's still doing it.
