Batch Load Data Issue

Hi all,

I'd like to run a batch load data query, but I'm running into an interesting issue. When running the query as is, I receive the error "SQL Error (2000): Load data local infile forbidden". However, there are comments throughout the query, and after removing the comments, I can execute the query normally. Anyone know why this is happening?
