Cannot set DELIMITER in right place

I'm trying to insert data to my database and it was returning syntax error then i've found several topics in this forum that suggested to use DELIMITER.

I've tested my code with DELIMITER [here ]//sqlfiddle.com) and it was working, then when i tried it again in heidi it cannot be saved.

how to fix it?
