Disable dropdown for foreign key fields

We're using uuids in our system. I have a table with 2 fields, which are foreign keys from another tables. When I want to insert or update a row, it displays as a select field with all uuids, that I have.

Also, it is not possible to paste text in that fields, only search and select.

Is it a way to disable this drop-downs, because it becomes a nightmare to search this uuids every time?
