Need help.

Didn't know what I was doing when I first downloaded this app. I deleted everything from the database except for information schema. Now I can't find a way to get the other files back. I deleted it from my computer entirely and reinstalled it and BOOM the files are still missing. Try to create a second database in the program and BOOM the same files. It's very irritating.
