Update a column with CVS file

Hello. I am new at HeidiSQL, and can't seem to figure this one out on my own.

I want to update a whole column, with a dataset I have in an CVS file. I've tried importing it, but it doesn't seem to work. My CVS is made with Excel, and has 38,610 rows, just like my table. More specific; I want to update every number from my CVS file, so that it replaces the already existing data in the column. Is this posible?
