Sync local / hosted db?

Hello, normally i am using "export data base as SQL" option to sync my local db with my hosted db - this works fine for me and i am happy with it.

But now i have a quiet big table and there are only minor data changes in this table which i want to sync.

Normally i am using "replace existing data" and as output my hosted db.

Is there probably some better way to sync this minor changes (in a huge table)?
