Access denied for user root@

Hi, I am getting "Access denied for user root@" when logging in to JAWSDB remote MYSQL (image attached). This was working fine couple of months ago which is when I logged in last. Thanks a great deal.

additional info - I am running HeidiSQL on Windows. I am quite confused since I cannot even connect to the remote server and cannot follow any of the suggestions from the earlier post "cannot connect to MariaDB server" Here is the image

This is resolved. The issue was that root id is no longer(?) allowed.

when i go to remote MYSQL JAWSDB or remote employee monitoring at my work it gives me an error. Therefore, I am inclined to believe that you need to restart Windows or check for antivirus. I now have Windows 8, which raises doubts[link text]()
