Creating user not working PostgresSQL

Hi, I got a problem by creating a user using PostgresSQL, before writing "go to users management" you have to know that it does not work with Postgres servers... When I try to "login" on the prompt for creating the user it says "permissions denied to create a rule", I suppose that I have to use the super user login BUT I DO NOT KNOW THEM, I have never used them so they should be the default ones... Can someone give me the default username and password for v11? Thank you for the help.

HeidiSQL's user manager is for MySQL/MariaDB only. PostgreSQL support for the user manager was requested in issue #80 .
