That https.dll looks like a newer authentication plugin, which HeidiSQL does not yet have shipped.

Is there any documentation about that plugin?

Is it MySQL or MariaDB, and which version?

I didint find anything about this file or module. mysqlnd 7.4.21

mysqlnd is a driver for PHP. Do you know the server version to which you are connecting?
