Assign different specific quotas to each DB user

Hello, I am a student and I want to know if you could help me with this. I need to assign different specific quotas to each user of the DB. Thank you very much for your help

Quota in terms of disk space? Not that I know of. MySQL and MariaDB only have some settings for the maximum number of queries per seconds/hours and such.
