Continuous crashing

Heidi has been crashing relentlessly for me lately, and i cannot for the life of me understand why. It will work fine, but then when I save changes and click to another tab or click on a table it just crashes and im forced to restart. This is my fav database program, but now it's just become way too unstable to use. I've posted some screenshots of the bug report. Not been able to find help anywhere else so I'm wondering if someone here can help before I have to switch programs. I'm on Windows 11 Pro btw.

Is your server connection probably unstable or slow?
