unable to uninstall

i download the application for heidisql and im having issues with uninstalling program since installing ive been getting errors saying i dont have permission to uninstall i have not been able to use any of my other application please help

When you installed HeidiSQL you have likely entered administrative privileges. Do the same when uninstalling. Or post some more details, probably screenshots. Describe your issue more exactly.

I think the uninstaller should request admin privileges by default. You should uninstall it from the "add or remove software" control panel:

That's strange. You should normalle get an UAC dialog (user account control):

However, you could try to run the path with admin privileges, by running from start > run:

C:\Program Files\HeidiSQL\unins000.exe

i tried this method and it kept giving me access denied
