Admin/superadmin

I am struggling to make my friend an in game admin and heard they said I must do it through heidisql but can not find where to make him admin/superadmin.

You will have to ask them where to do that exactly. Probably there's a table for users in your database, and your friend's row in that table needs a modification.

Phat, quite honestly, do you really know what you are doing? Making somebody else admin in a game means that he can do almost anything, including kicking YOU out of the game and taking over your server/server instance. Which is dead stupid for multiple - including legal - reasons.

You should rethink your position. "They" told you to use HeidiSQL to alter something, meaning they knew you had no idea, making you a potential victim. Even if, you would still have to pass the hurdle of setting up HeidiSQL so that it can connect with whatever database your game uses. And if you are challenged by what was said so far you definitely are going to stumble and fall.

The server is for making content and for anyone to join, it is not an active server, We are just close friends using it for content creating. Every time I give them admin rights but when we disconnect and connect again they are not admins anymore
