Bestehende Datenbank mit HeidiSQL Kopieren / Copy existing Database

Hallo alle zusammen ich möchte gerne eine bestehende Datenbank innerhalb von Heidi SQL kopieren. Wenn ich richtig gelesen habe, muss ich über "Datenbank SQL Export" gehen. Die beiden Checkboxen Datenabnk und Tabellen erzeugen aktivieren. Was aber muss ich im DropDown feld Daten auswählen? Ich habe Angst, dass ich etwas lösche, denn die Quelldatenbank wird noch benötigt.

Bei Ausgabe wähle ich dann Datenbank und bei Datenbank die neue leere Datenbank, welche ich erzeugt habe.

Hello everyone I would like to copy an existing database within Heidi SQL. If I read correctly, I have to go through "Database SQL Export". Activate the two checkboxes Create Database and Tables. But what do I have to select in the data drop-down field? I'm afraid I'll delete something because the source database is still needed.

For output I then select database and for database the new empty database that I created.

Your settings sound perfectly correct.

For the "Data" dropdown:

• if you want to copy the data in the tables, use "INSERT".
• The "None" option does not copy data, so you only copy the structure then.
• The other ones are mainly for cases where the target database exists, with old data.

I wrote a help section in the past, which probably clarifies all export settings.
