Windows 10 Dark theme text color for numbers is same as background

So the Windows 10 Dark theme uses #000 (black) for the Number type column text which is the exact same color as the background:

So I looked through the application and appData directories and couldn't find the file. I went looking through the menus and preferences and couldn't find anything specific-enough. I changed the theme to Windows 10 SlateGray which is still mostly dark for now. Any chance we could please get a fix and/or a way I can fix this directly? Maybe some unknown registry key?

Numeric values are blue, and light blue on dark themes, normally:

Something may have gone wrong as you set up the theme. You can set the data type colors to "Dark" afterwards, in Tools > Preferences > Grid formatting.
