Hi, When i write queries, i don't see a list of table columns. For example: "mytable." with a dot in Windows, i have a menu where i can see the columns. It doesn't work with Linux.

Thank you

Yes, Lazarus provides the SynCompletion component but it works differently than the one in the official SynEdit repository. You may create a ticket in the tracker for that.

Is Lazarus a package to install?

Lazarus is the IDE for compiling the Linux version of HeidiSQL.

I saw that i had it installed. When i get home, I'll install the package and try it.

Thanks.

I installed Lazarus, but i don't have the column list.

Is there something I don't understand?

Thanks

Yes you misunderstood that :)

You don't need Lazarus to enable the missing completion proposal. I just said HeidiSQL/Linux is built with Lazarus. And the proposal component in Lazarus needs to be used in a way I did not yet fully understand.

So: you can't enable the completion proposal yourself. You need to wait until I did. You may create a ticket in the tracker for that task, which probably speeds this all up a bit.

Ok. I understand.

Thanks for both posts
