Heidi connecting to 3306 and not 3307 as requested

Hello, I am trying to connect to a server as seen in the first 2 images. When trying to connect, it switches 3306 to 3307, as seen in the third image. Any idea why heidi is doing this?

thanks in advance! F

Watch out for such messages in the log panel at the bottom:

/* Port #xxx in use. Checking if #yyy is available... */

HeidiSQL checks if the wanted port is available. As this is only the local tunnel port, it takes the first available one.

Your log panel shows that plink exits immediately. Do you really get the above error dialog after that message, or are there more messages? You could also enable debug messages (Tools > Preferences > Logging)
