"Unable to get issuer certificate" error Using SSL on native Linux version (Debian 12)

HeidiSQL : Latest (build-qt5-v12.14.1.1.tgz)

Operating System: Debian 12

I was trying to connect to session using ssl.

I set up the mariadb for ssl on remote server. Edited the .conf file of mysql with certificates (lets encrypt).

In HeidiSQL provided all certificates. And tried to open it shows an error "Unable to get issuer certificate".

I try to connect using command line, but no success.

I think it's my server side problem. But again, if anyone knows how to resolve this, please reply.

Had anyone faced such issue?
