database label

I have many MySQL databases on my web hosting, each database name is generated automatically at the time of creation (about 20 random alphanumeric characters) so I can't easily identify them.

It would be useful to be able to add a label next to the actual database name.

That idea was already reported in issue #282 . Still a bit vague how that exactly should work.

I think a simple label for each db, as i showed in the picture in red, should be very useful. A label with a text that user can change to easily identify the db.

Please add suggestions in issue #282 - the other reporter there also mentioned tables, not only databases.
