Strange behavior when saving files.

A few weeks ago I noticed something that seemed to be a loss of the file editing buffer, which is why the program displayed the "save as..." dialog box, even for a file that was already saved.

Then today I realized that this wasn't the problem, but rather a strange and completely atypical behavior for any text editor:

If the text in the editor is already saved and I press CTRL+S, the "save as..." box appears. If someone accidentally presses this combination twice quickly, it gives the impression that the text wasn't saved with a name, which can generate errors and create unnecessary copies of files.

This is not the normal behavior of editors; pressing CTRL+S on already saved text shouldn't do anything! If this is a setting, is there a way to disable it? If not, I would like to report a bug.
