Everytime I click on «close DB connexion» unplugged icon, I have an access violation.

I must quit and relaunch the app.

HeidiSQL version 12.16.1.1, compiled 2026-03-10 17:55:44

it sounds like a bug more than anything you’re doing wrong. Getting an “access violation” just from closing a DB connection isn’t normal, so it’s probably something with that HeidiSQL version on macOS. You could try updating to the latest version, or even rolling back to an older one if this just started happening. Also maybe try closing the connection a different way (like closing the tab/session instead of the unplug icon) just to see if it behaves differently. If it still keeps happening, I’d definitely report it with that error log, it’ll help the devs fix it.
