I'm running HeidiSQL 12.6.1.1 Linux Version and the headers of the columns of the result are not displayed in full size. So, how can I change the size for data header row.See screenshot below.: column header year, week and cnt

That looks like a scaling issue.

  • OS is dome Debian/Ubuntu or...?
  • Is it the .deb package you are using? Or the gtk2 build?
  • how's your screen resolution and scaling set up?

v12.12 is outdated. Please update to the current one, v12.16 . Though I don't expect wonders from that but who knows.

I actually run Version 12.16.1.1. The deb file was a copy and paste error.

Ok, then what about your scale and font settings: check if you have set a larger font (and try resetting) in Tools > Preferences > General > GUI font

Apart from that the next v12.17 may change something in that area, though not directly in the header, but in the node height.

I’ve been experimenting a bit. Changing the setting under “Tools -> Preferences -> General – GUI Font” had no effect, even when I changed the font size — though that was only possible if I first selected a different font and then switched back to the system font. Is it intentional that you can’t change the font size when using the default font? Changing the system fonts in the operating system also had no effect. Adjusting the SQL and grid formatting worked without any problems.

I'm running now version Linux deb 12.7.1.1. I changed GUI font from system-font hight 20pt to font "Courier 10 Pitch" starting with 20pt up to 40pt without any noticeable change
