It would be nice to be able to select multiple files when importing csv. I had to export a huge 1.7g csv file, so big that heidisql crashed. My solution was to split into 100mb filed, 18 files, i had to import one by one and wait the 4 o 5 minutes in between to let it finish. Bye.

Yes such a multiple file listing is a good idea. Though you should file a feature request in the bugtracker, with a bit more details.
As a workaround, you could fire single LOAD DATA INFILE ... commands from a query tab.
