Nightly macos arm64 build?

Is it possible to get a nightly build of the macOS arm64 build? If so, I'm definitely missing something.

I've tried the 'macOS arm64 App bundle', but that has a bug that crashes when clicking on a mysql table to view data. I'm hoping it's fixed and I just don't know how to get the most recent arm64 build.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes the new codebase is being compiled through Github Actions on each push, and the artifacts can be downloaded through nightly.link. Note that link can also be found on the download page.

Take care this is just the executable, and it is not signed.

Thanks. I grabbed the macos-15 download from nightly.link, but it looks like it's an x86_64 binary, not arm64:

$ file heidisql heidisql: Mach-O 64-bit executable x86_64

The dylibs in the 12.21 app bundle are all arm64, so dropping this exe into Contents/MacOS/ won't load them.

So with a bit of help with Claude, I just went ahead and build the nightly myself and so far it is running.

A small thing I noticed: in the query editor, copy and paste only respond to Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V. Cmd+C / Cmd+V do nothing. Everywhere else in the app Cmd works normally, it's just the SQL editor.

Looks like it comes from SynEdit rather than HeidiSQL itself. Its default keystrokes are set up with Ctrl on every platform, and there's no Mac alternative defined, so the Cmd key never matches anything.

I patched my local build by adding the Cmd equivalents in SetupSynEditor and leaving the Ctrl ones alone. Cmd+C/V/X/A/Z now work.

Yes, indeed the automated builds on Github actions are Intel binaries, forgot to mention that.

And yes, support for Cmd shortcuts is missing, but reported in issue #2369.

I just see twinn1013 has a fix for that, I will test and merge his changes. Please starr/watch the mentioned Github issue if you want to get updates on that topic.
