How Can I Turn Off 'Limits' Once And For All?

Despite I unchecked the "Limit" box, HeidiSQL still prevents 4,000 of my 'user' records from being imported.

How can I get HeidiSQL to import all of those records?

When I tried starting the new HeidiSQL version, an error message said: "Could not establish connection! Details: None of the dynamic libraries can be found: libmysql50.dll, libmysql.dll".

You must copy the new *.exe in your existing program folder.

Exactly. After that you can always use the new "Check for updates" mechanism to download and install a nightly build. Should be invoked automatically every 3 days when you start heidisql.exe
