Embedded MySql Access?

Can we connect HeidiSql to local tables made by an Embedded MySql setup from either a Delphi project or other application please?

I searched on Embedded here but did not find anything.

You could try and exchange the libmysql.dll with the embedded lib. But I don't think that's working.
