When I use phpmyadmin I can login, but when I try it with HeidiSQL I get the message:

SQL Error (2003): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'db.cmv-dindua.nl' (10060)

Sounds like the host is either unreachable over your network, or MySQL is set up to disable network connections. In the latter case it is possible to connect via localhost, but never from other hosts, so pma may connect as it may be installed on the same machine as MySQL itself.

Well, no need to get sad - just tell your provider he shall open up network connections.

Thanks for your replies Anse. It's is shutdown by the provider. They say it's a security matter. I ask them to change it, but if they do.....
