Host not allowed to connect.

Basically, the host isnt allowed to connect to the server, and when trying to follow the steps to fix it (Going to Tools > User-Manager) it wont let me click it (greyed out)

Any ideas?

Well yeah, it's greyed out because you're not connected to the MySQL server in which to alter/add users.

So, what do you mean, "the host isn't allowed"? You know it's not allowed but you're trying anyway? You don't know that it's not allowed and have no idea what you're doing wrong?

If you could give us a short walk-thru as to how you're attempting to connect, it would help.
