Hi,

how to set the secondary shortcut? The input-field is always disabled.

Only the Query editor commands (see "SQL editing" sub commands) can have secondary shortcuts.

Hmm, it´s a pity.
I hate that the query-tab doesn´t support ctrl+ins (copy), shift+del (cut) and shift+ins (paste).
By the way: i just recognized that the "secondary shortcut"-option wouldn´t help me even if i could use it in the "various"-section, since there is no support for the shift key :-(

Is it possible to support the keys anyhow? Almost every win-program supports theses keys (yes, i do know that ctrl+c, etc is the standard).

Looks like you misunderstood me. Only the query tab related commands *support* secondary shortcuts. So, please look under "SQL editing" in Tools > Preferences > Shortcuts

Shift is supported but mostly in combination with Ctrl.

Oh, it seems that i don´t misunderstood you but the section-names on the Shortcuts-tab. Now i got it :-)

Is there a reason for not supporting shift-only shortcuts (without ctrl)?

And why is Copy, Paste, Undo, etc twice in the list ?

Ah, and last but not least: how to delete a shortcut ?

That's a limitation of SynEdit I guess. Although it could also be that this is just a limitation of the shortcut input box (which is also part of SynEdit, btw).

Twice applied to the SynEdit memos, by default, but with different shortcuts. Shrug...

Press Ctrl or Alt once and release.
