Save a file

When a file is double click to edit Heidi does not know where file was to save it.
It then give you okay message boxes to confirm this and to reload it because someone has altered it (Heidi).

Every time you double click on a file another Heidi is created.

This is quite normal is it? However, you can uncheck "Allow multiple application instances" in Tools > Preferences.
