two query tabs with same name when closing not the greatest

1)add two query tabs query#1 and query#2
2) close query#1
3) add query tab
you will get another query#2
i would expect to get query#3

Yes, that sounds reasonable.
Code modification/commit from ansgar.becker, 13 years ago, revision 6.0.0.3620
Use manual counter for default query tab caption ("Query #X"), so when closing some tab in between there are no equal ids. See http://www.heidisql.com/forum.php?t=7065
