- Tools > User manager

im having the same problem but i cant find anything that says "Tools" or "User Manager". how do i get to those?

Well you have to log in to be able to see and use the user manager. If you have no working user/password you won't be able to come further than the session manager dialog. Ask your administrator to follow the above advice.

1. in phpmyadmin, find 'privileges'
2. if u use root as user, change the 'host' name of the server to your server ip
3. just connect using heidisql
4. its work for me!
