Install on Win2003

I'm trying to install HeidiSQL on a Win2003 server but I get this message:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them"

I am admin on the machine, I can install other software just fine. Tested Heidi v3.2 and 4.0rc3.

Ideas?

Use FileMon to capture whatever is going on, when the error pops up find the path that is causing the problem; paste it here or on bugs.heidisql.com.

Turned out that it was Windows blocking the file from executing since it was downloaded.

Right click on file -> Properties -> Click Unblock
