Duplicate record created every time

Whenever I create a new record using the interface button, it creates two separate records with the same data. Has anyone experienced the same thing?

Same problem here. But I don't think it is a problem of the interface button - when creating a new record using the INS key I encounter the same problem as well: As soon as I click outside of the record (which stores the record to the database) a duplicate is created.

If you look at the command log, the commands are actually being run twice. I think this may also cause the '0 rows updated when should have been 1' as it appears that any thing done in the main data window (vs by query tab directly) is being run twice.

Can anyone confirm this behavior?

UPDATE: It appears that only some commands are duplicated. Row deletions work and report as expected.

Yes, some commands are duplicated.

Do you experience any closed connections and re-connects when the problem occurs?

Not that I've noticed, but I will be sure to watch out for that to confirm.

Anyone figure out how to fix this?
